I used a staffing agency who pre screened me and arranged for the interview. The interview with Bender was pretty typical with expected answers. My interviewer spoke a lot of the vision of the company and where they were headed. It's what really enticed me to go for the job because I saw that with growth comes opportunity and I wanted to be a part of it.
