Great interview process, quick to arrange and set up, and a nice and comfortable atmosphere with the recruiter. The interview in it self was great, however the group stage/ trial was very uncomfortable and you felt pushed from the start. We were a group of 6, who had to traffic stop for 1 hour to “prove” what we could do. We were briefed that the recruiter just wanted to see how we interacted with customers, however that was a difficult task since you had to run around the whole mall trying to find someone and drag them back to the counter.
