I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (Ann Arbor, MI) in Jan 2014
Interview
Very short and to the point. I was promoted from within the company so my interview was a little less extensive. I had a phone interview and then met with my new manager in person at a coffee shop. It was basically paperwork and the meeting in person was a formality.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Benefit Cosmetics (Toronto, ON) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online through indeed and was called about a month later to schedule an interview. Set one up for the following week. It was about half an hour long and didn't make it past the first round.
