First, I did a self-recorded interview where I answered some questions. Some I videoed myself replying to and others were multiple choice or written answers. Once I passed this stage, I had a zoom interview where I had to apply foundation, cheek colour, mascara and brow products and talk through each step. I was also asked questions before and after this with work-related scenarios.
