I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Benefitfocus

Interview

Initially most account consultants come on as temps. I was hired through Johnson Service Group so I actually interviewed through them via Craigslist first then had a short in person interview with a few managers. It was I believe three managers it was friendly and laid back.
