1:1 casual interview with the restaurant manager. Asked about previous experience and availability. He explained how the training would work, restaurant hours and uniform requirement. Interview lasted about 15 minutes.
Simple process, I would definitely call and ask for an update on your application, as it is easier to get a direct response from them. They do not answer blind applications as much. (years ago)

Had to wait about like 15 minutes past my interview time, interview process took about an hour or more parking was a bit of a trouble but i didnt know know the parking is free the first 2 hour.
