Applied on their website and got an email to schedule a phone interview about three weeks later. The phone interview was pretty typical, about twenty minutes or so. I really appreciated that the HR rep I spoke to was fully up-front about the salary range for the position to make sure it was within what I was looking for. He said that I should hear from them either for next steps or otherwise by the end of the following week, and I did. I didn't get called in for an in-person interview, but I felt good about the process.
