After few days from my application I've been immediately contacted back. I had an initial phone interview with the engineering responsible person, after which I've been invited to an interview in one of their offices in Munich for the week after: I've been told on the phone that a HR responsible would have contacted me, but two days before the planned meeting I contacted them back myself, asking for information about the timing, because no one contacted me. The HR responsible went on holiday and a substitute took over the conversation via email and the task to organize this meeting. She organized it within a time-frame in which I was not available, as I told her, and she said she would have postponed it and she fixed it for exactly the same time frame. In the end I went there on that day as early as I could but I only met the engineering contact person on his way out from the company. So I took care of re-organizing the interview 2 weeks later, when I finally had the chance to meet this person properly and talk to him about tasks and perspectives for this position and to see if I was a good match. I've been told by him that he would have interviewed 3 more candidates within the same week and I would have had my answer not later than the end of the week... Two weeks later I received an email asking me to rate my application experience with them, but I hadn't even received a feedback from them about my application! I had to wait one more weeks for, of course, a negative answer. Time in which I already took my decision that this company was definitely NOT was I was looking for and what I heard about. Because such a long waiting and lack of organization is absolutely NO-GO.
