I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Richfield, MN)
Interview
Recruiter reached out, setup call, brief 30 minute call. Pretty nice person seemed professional.
About 2 weeks later asked to come into office for interview. 2 panel interviews and tour of campus. Mostly behavioral questions, they didn't really explain the position at all. Seemed more interested in me answering behavioral questions. About 15 in total.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had no data but had to make a decision.
Couldn’t make it to the interview process because the algorithm determined I was not a good candidate within seconds of apply. The crazy part is that my education and work experience matched exactly what they were asking for and exceeded it in all other areas.

Question 1
There is a questionnaire at the end of the application, I think that is one of the determining factor of who get to make it to the interview portion.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy
Interview
Phone Screen with recruiter, Hiring Manager Interview, Final Round panel interview with at least 4 panelists. Mainly behavioral questions, relatively common and straightforward if you've prepped. Whole process took about a month.
It was done on Zoom and the interviewer asked about my background and why I was interested in the position. Furthermore, they talked about what skills are needed in this job and asked me how I would meet those skills.
