I applied online. I interviewed at Best Buy (Danbury, CT)
Interview
First a phone interview then scheduled an in person interview for two days later with a department manager and then with the general manager, those interviews took place on the same day. Offered and accepted job on the spot. Do not wear jeans, other applicants were sent home and not interviewed who were in jeans.
Typical interview questions, some scenario based. Fairly easy, just have a good conversation with the interviewer because they care a lot about your personality and how you'll fit in with the store.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Hamilton, ON) in May 2015
Interview
First was a phone interview, then I was brought in for a one on one interview with an Ops/Product Process Manager. Lastly, I was brought in for a third interview with the general manager in which I was hired.
