The interview was a very quick process. The questions were fairly basic. They revolved mostly around how you would handle customer issues and 1 or 2 silly questions about yourself.

Two interviews questions were standard interview questions. I would do it again the process was about what you should expect but management staff was also agreeable to answering questions. Benefits were explained in a way that made sense and salary negotiation was fair.

There were two interviews, the first one was with one manager via Zoom and the second was in person with one supervisor and a store manager. The first interview consists of very basic questions, such as "Why do you want to work at Best Buy", and "What is your availability?"
