The process is simple they had two interviews before sending an offer. You meet the GM and assistant GM. Depending on how busy they are thought the year you will be tossed between customer service and front checkout.

Simple questions. " How would you deal with a difficult customer?" ect.
it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.
Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
Easy interview process, asked simple questions and allowed me to fully answer them. Asked direct questions that pertained to the line of work and how things would be handled from my point of view
