Difficult challenging and very rewarding. They ask you tough questions and expect a well thought out plan. You must present your plan and give a presentation on why you’re the right person for the job.
It was pretty straightforward. Asked about my background and my skill set. Asked about examples of success in my previous position. I was able to ask follow-up questions as well.
I initiated the process with an online application. This led to a 20 minute phone screening with very few open-ended questions. This led to an in-person interview that was about 45 minutes.
