Easygoing process at my location. Manager was actually a District Manager and was originally a Sales Associate that worked his way up, so the interview consisted more of personal interests and asking why I wanted to work for the company. Very flexible with times and pay.

Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
