I applied online and got a call within a week for an interview in-store. It was a positive experience and pretty easy-going. I got a couple of situational, customer service, and inventory questions.

Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
