I was hired as a Seasonal. Interview was good, behavioural questions and my previous experience was asked. I had no work experience in Canada prior to Best Buy. I was referred by a Department Manager when I asked if they were hiring.

Interview
It was very easy with 3 rounds, first was a phone call introduction. Followed by Store head and then at last store manager. If you get called for 2nd round, this means you are getting selected.
