Video interview. They make you answer a series of simple questions that relate to your reaction to "difficult" situations that could arise in the workspace. Note: you only have about 1min to think about the response and then 3min to answer the prompt.

Q: what would you do if you had a customer ask for _____?
Typical Interview with standard behavioral questions and role play questions. If you have any experience with interviewing, this should be very straightforward. They also ask about relevant Sales Experience and availability.
If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.

The questions weren't necessarily hard to answer, however they did make me think. Think of typical interview questions (how would you handle xyz, name a time when xyz, etc...) Overall not too bad.
