A series of phone interviews with three layers of management. Each was very conversational, to make sure we were a good fit for one another. They look for people who "get it" and will play well with others. It's all about the culture with this company, and they are willing to train those who believe in themselves.

Very straightforward logistical and values-based discussions that worked through compatibility factors from both sides. Relevant questions from the interviewers. I feel that all of my concerns were addressed, and I was given contact information to ask any further questions. The process was handled in a tight time frame and they have been flexible with my timeline needs.
