They have a very high turnover and go through periods of being short staffed so tend to hire impulsively. I set up the interview with the Manager but actually interviewed with the Assistant Manager and HK Manager. Chatted for about 20 minutes and I was offered the job on the spot to start the next day.
It really wasn't much of an interview but more along the lines of going over the job description.
