The interview process took one day where i was interviewed by two different managers sequentially. I was a good interview and they wanted to know a lot about my previous sales and customer service history.

A one on one with the manager. The go over your communication skills, your ability to keep a conversation going with someone while hitting key talking points. Verify general friendliness and demeanour.
