Very long and drawn out interview process. Received first correspondence in late October and it lasted until February when they finally ghosted me. The first interview was recorded, followed by two different video conferences, then an in-person interview. None of the questions asked were difficult and I quite enjoyed corresponding with the poor HR woman who had to schedule all of these interviews. However, even after the FOURTH interview was an absolute incredible waste of my time, I still expected some sort of email telling me I didn't get the job. This place literally prides itself on integrity and keeping a positive standing in the community but shows absolutely no decency for those who want to work for them. It wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact they stress integrity and good relationships in every single interview. I read a ton of reviews here about the organization and I had really hoped I would have a different interviewing experience.
