The review process is very straightforward and I always felt comfortable you get a chance to meet with and talk to several different levels of management and get a good feel for what you're getting involved in. You have plenty of opportunities to ask any questions that you need to ask in order to better understand the position as well as who you're going to be working with I really enjoyed the process and never once felt uncomfortable or nervous they definitely know how to do conduct a proper interview.
