great interview, came in , greeted very nicely. Sat in and talked about certain problems an intern might have when doing a phone interview. Very friendly , no hard questions , just be yourself and be outgoing. They love that. Make sure you dress nice and you will be good to go.
They usually ask how you will deal with a problem , if the consumer is rude. Make sure you take no sides and act as professional as possible.
