First, I spoke with an HR screener. Next, I spoke with the hiring manager -- the director. The final step would have been to visit their office, which I declined. I was all in until the hiring manager seemed to be experiencing a problem with salary transparency.

The initial interview was by Zoom meeting with a representative of a Contract Company that trains and monitors sales representatives. The 2nd interview was in person at the company site by the Manager.
