Very transparent on income potential. Clear on expectation and working schedule and hours. Essentially, it's phone sales. Base pay with commission is helpful. The interview was not too long and the job requires no experience.
Casual, though with 3 interviewers alternating questions. Standard behavior based interview questions. Lot of examples on how best to succeed, including charts etc. Positive experience. Lasted over 1 hour. Follow up was prompt.
