Interview process was thorough and allowed me to showcase my abilities. Their approach was much more focused on how I think versus am I right. I was given a thorough breakdown of what to expect throughout the process, which allowed me to prepare appropriately.

Interview
Process took about a month and the recruiter was very responsive, supportive and transparent. Each interview was thoughtful (no repetitive questions) incl Hiring Manager, peer, cross-functional, cultural focus and executive founder (as the last step).
There was also a situational assignment which was actually enjoyable as it gave me insights into what I may be getting myself into. This was about a 3-hr investment.
They are definitely focused on filling the role with the right person rather than just filling the seat ASAP which is a testament to their dedication to culture.
