Interview
Entirely too long with 7-8 rounds of interviews. The last round was an in depth presentation to a panel of leaders where two consistently scrolled through their phones while on zoom and did not interact. When I asked questions about business financial solvency given start up, I was met with responses that not only did not provide an answer but rather turned the question on me to provide a creative response to the question given my experience in the start up community.
