The whole process from my first call to completing the interview process and receiving my offer was not just speedy (~3 weeks) but really warm and I felt instantly welcome. I had a few early calls with my hiring manager before entering the more formal interview process which included 3 30 minute interviews - 2 founder interviews and 1 with an associate from my team, 2 written assignments and a call with my hiring manager to review the assignments.
