Interviewed with about 5-6 people, one take home assessment, long process, but everyone was great to talk to, enjoyed all of the conversations. Starts with phone interview, hiring manager, more team members then a founder. Difficult process but if you believe in the mission and values it makes sense why it is the way it is, only difficult in the way of questions that make you think.
