After each interview, a dedicated recruiter takes the time to touch bases with you and even provides honest feedback. I sincerely appreciated the feedback because I noticed at some point recruiters stopped sharing it with candidates from my experience. Clear expectations were set after each interview. It was clear to me during the process that BetterUp is extremely careful when hiring candidates. They clearly believe anyone hired must positively contribute to the company's culture.
