I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BetterUp (Austin, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
I have never experienced a better interview process than the one with the BetterUp team. I immediately felt supported and connected to all of those that I had the pleasure of speaking with! I knew right away that BetterUp would be a great fit for me!
Throughout the entire process, I felt accepted and safe enough to express myself authentically. It's not every day that you meet potential leaders and coworkers who will allow you to be vulnerable and heard while interviewing for a position with their company. With the BetterUp team, I was able to do just that!
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at BetterUp
Interview
I initially was contacted via a recruiting agency, who I had my 1st interview with, after that I was contacted by a representative with BetterUp, we scheduled a telephone interview a few days later. The telephone interview honestly left nothing to the imagination and did not leave me hopeful for the position. I believe this was not fault of BetterUp, but of the interviewer they had as their representative. He just behaved as though he had other things he would rather be doing, and did not even hide his very audible sighs of boredom.
