First stage was the standard recruiter phone screening which just gave some high level insight on the role and responsibilities as well as asks about your background.
Second stage was with the hiring manager, who focused questions more on situational behaviors and technical know how as well as to get a reading on culture fit
Third stage was the take home assessment which was fairly easy however just a bit time consuming. Employer was looking more so in how clear you can present the ideas as well as how in depth you’re able to give insightful information.
Didn’t make it past this stage unfortunately, but overall the interview process is very fair, you’re able to get the feel that the interviewers genuinely want you to succeed, and in my opinion, both interviews were very lax and conversational.
