I made it to the interview with the hiring manager. The screen call with the recruiter was very pleasant. However in the interview with the hiring manager he seemed frazzled unprepared and was almost committed to finding out how I WASN'T a good fit for the role. Also thought it was odd he didn't even bother turning his camera on during the interview. I was actually bummed by this experience because I was really excited about getting the opportunity to interview with the company.
