I applied for the role, and roughly a month later, I was invited for a first-round interview. I found the interviewer to be personable and prepared. The interviewer advanced me to a second round. A junior recruiter took over scheduling, using a system that pushed emails to my spam folder. The second interview was also great, slightly more complex and technical than the first. Several weeks went by with no word. I reached out to the recruiter and immediately got asked to do a take-home assessment. Before starting, I had a call with a more senior recruiter to make sure our salary expectations were aligned. I spent time and energy on the assessment, turned it around quickly....and heard nothing. After a few weeks, I reached out to my contacts and heard a similar response to another poster on this site...internal kinks need to be worked out, and they will give me an update soon. I emailed all three contacts again because I received a competing offer...and still nothing. Completely ghosted. Abysmal candidate handling for an organization that boasts about its hiring practices. Such a shame. I am also saddened to see it happened to someone else who posted a very similar experience.
