This has to be the worst interview process ever. Wow! I underestimated other negative reviews here but alas I went through the same thing with BetterUp. Excessively long and a complete waste of time. In my case, I was constantly provided great feedback until it was time to give an offer only to be told they had an issue with headcount approval (which I don’t believe). I wasted 3 months of my time, rejected 2 offers because I was so determined to work at BetterUp because I resonated with their mission and core values and I thought it would be a great next step in my career. In addition, I received great feedback and positive signals from the hiring manager after each interview (9 of them in total). The final outcome really took a toll on my mental health. My advice to potential candidates: please do not put all your hopes in this company, they preach one thing and practice another. It’s not worth it!
