recruiter rescheduled a few times, was late for 5 mins and rushed through the remaining 25 mins. moved on to hiring mgr and again late to interview and remaining 25 mins was too rushed to screen, provide info and ask qs. Seems like they already made up their mind on type of people they wanted for role

Interview
Initial screening with recruiter was straightforward. Interview process seems very robust and long. Was told typical timeline is 8 weeks, with 8 rounds of interviews, including take home assignment. The recruiter was friendly and emphasized company culture fit is their priority. Took time to have the call, and explained that the focus was on an area where I lacked some very specific experience, although I did have comparable experience. I appreciated that they did not beat around the bush. I will be keeping my eye on openings with BetterUp.
