Beyond Account Executive I interview questions

Screening with HR the hiring manager interview and that is all I made it through. HR person was great, personable, asked relevant questions, answered everything to the best of their ability, and had great energy. Once I got to the hiring manager, he was the opposite. Every answer about the same topic asked in HR screening, he had a contradictory response and raised quite a few red flags when asked about policies, procedures, and high turnover

First call was a phone screening, then a 1/1 interview with manager, case study, interview with ceo. overall seemed like a very disorganized company and no two people answered simple questions the same
