The interview process was professional and it moved quickly but was not rushed. There was a phone interview and then two in-person interviews. It was a thorough process. It allowed them to get a good sense of who I am and my skills/professional background as well as allowing me to get to know the role and the organization's culture better. It gave both sides the opportunity to make a solid and confident decision.
