3 rounds of interviews (one with Internal HR lady, a physician in the clinic, and finally with the CMO). Reference check was done after initial HR screening.
Was asked to provider references after initial interview, then waited a week with no update and after reaching out on my own accord only found references passed and a second interview was to be with a practicing physician. Another week went by and then was set up with what I was told by the HR lady to be the 3rd and final interview. At this interview with the CMO I was quoted a much lower salary than had been discussed at my inital interview by the HR but then was told by the CMO he would talk to their Opps team and get back to me by the end of the week since I brought up the discrepancy in salary figures I was told.
Finally, it is now 2+ weeks since I was told to hear back with an offer and hearing "we hope you';; accept the position from the CMO". This is after 3 round of intervews done over a 4 week period and having the company prematurely contact references that are typically not contacted till a formal offer in writing has been extended. Since then, even after their ghosting, I have reached out to the original recruiter, and their CMO who interviewed me last. No one has returned my message after giving me so much false hope and wasting my time.
Would not recommend applying here after my experience with them unless you are completely desperate and ok with being completely disrespected and having your time wasted.
TL;DR:
3 rounds of interviews done over 4 weeks, references time was taken and were checked within 1 week of inital screening, verbally told at 3rd interview to expect written offer (which was far lower than the salary discussed by the internal HR during the first interview, only to finally be ghosted with not even a cursory rejection letter even after reaching out on my own to the recruiter, another HR member, and the CMO.
AVOID.
