Interviews one on one with at least 2-3 people, However I was ghosted after the second interview did not respond to calls nor emails. Was not told whether they were still looking individuals or if i was denied the position, I found that very unprofessional, Ive heard this has happened to many others, I mean why even arrange for the interview if you don't have enough respect for people to follow up with them. Takes nothing to send and email
