Usually you can count one 1 or 2 "tell us a time when..." questions. The interview was almost entirely giving specific examples of situations. The questions felt reactive to some problem situation they have going on, but you are in the dark and it seems easy to get it wrong because you dont know what the situation is that they are struggling with.
