Screening, then a phone screening. After that I am not sure as I did not make it through the initial phone screening process. My understanding is that their would be an onsite interview or several and then offer. That being said, there was simply no communication after the phone screening. An email or phone call to say, "hey thanks, but we did not select you" would have been welcome.
