Incomplete but well documented take home project that you have to squash the bugs in and add the missing functionality to. After completing the project to their satisfaction you have a technical screening where you discuss your thought process and why you did the project the way you did it. Finally you talk with senior management and discuss the role and if you would be a good fit.
