Their hiring process was quite easy. The first that they would do if you applied to them is to call you for an initial interview, and if you passed, you would proceed to take their assessment. Their assessment is also not as long as other assessments in other companies. I actually failed to pass because of audio failure, but they called me back to retake it and let me try it again, and after that, I passed. Lastly, I was scheduled for a final interview via Microsoft Teams. It went smoothly because the HR is very calm and quite friendly, and after that, I received a job offer.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bill Gosling Outsourcing
Interview
Interview was pretty quick. At the time we were all in a group and were called to interview with the manager one by one. We got a tour of the office and then went home. Got a call pretty quick and was working by the following week, this was during Covid so I’m not sure how it works now.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bill Gosling Outsourcing
Interview
Three interviews. Last was a group interview and tour of office. Communication is very choppy and hard to get responses from HR. Asked for documents that I have never been asked for before when offered the job which made me extremely uncomfortable.
