GHOSTED AT MY SCHEDULED INTERVIEW UNPROFESSIONAL After an initial interview that went well, I scheduled a formal tech interview for 2 weeks later and I received a zoom link. The day of I joined the zoom call and waited 30 minutes and no one joined. I emailed multiple people I had been in contact with and all my emails went unanswered. I later found out through an unaffiliated source and had them follow up to find out they filled the position and I guess no longer felt the need to interview me. 2 Months later I received another inquiry on LinkedIn regarding a position. I notified them about this situation and told them I would still be interested but wanted to make sure this was addressed and asked how we could ensure this did not happen again (In the most respectful way I could). I never received a response. Seems to be their modus operandi.

Got a recruiter phone screen, where they said they'll set up the next technical. Only to get a rejection email before a technical interview, waste of time. Never interviewing here again assuming the company is still present in later years.
