I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bilt Rewards in Apr 2024
Interview
Interviewed with the recruiter since recruiter reached out to me. Discussed my background and seems what appears to be a good fit to move on to the next round. Ended the conversation with him saying he will send my application to other managers with open positions since there was so many openings. Over a week later, I get an email saying my application was not moving forward in the interview process which was weird since my resume since the recruiter was impressed with my resume. I reached out to the recruiter if there was any feedback about my application not moving forward despite my being impressed with my application and never heard back from him. I question the competence of the hiring process.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward began with a coding interview and then a behavioural interview. I was flown over to New York to do an onsite system design interview. I enjoy talking to everyone in the process seem like a lot of smart people there.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bilt Rewards (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
Got a recruiter phone screen, where they said they'll set up the next technical. Only to get a rejection email before a technical interview, waste of time. Never interviewing here again assuming the company is still present in later years.
