Applied online, got a call from HR. HR phone interview, the hiring manager phone interview. Met hiring manager in person for lunch, then went for all day interview with the department. Had to give a 1 hour seminar, followed by one-on-one's with rest of the team. Background check, drug test, finally got offer about 3 months later. Super slow when it comes to background check and final written offer. Did not negotiate for salary, I just wanted to leave my old employer ASAP.
