Applied through company website. I received an invitation to do a phone interview with the hiring manager. Did the the phone interview, and a couple weeks later, I followed up on the application process. I did not hear back from HR. The recruiters here are horrible. They will not reply to your inquiry for feedback on your application. They just completely ignored my polite emails and messages asking for application feedback.

In total I had 3 interviews. One was an introductory call with HR. The second was virtual with my potential supervisor. The last interview was in person where I met members of the team and had a tour of the building.

How would you handle a high pressure work environment?
I met with 4 people, one would be my supervisor (1-1) and 3 potential coworkers (group session). All were very friendly and approachable, and asked more personality-gauging questions and none technical. It some time to hear back from them, >2weeks.

Short phone interview, basic questions about prior experience and what I could bring to the table. Only question I thought was odd was "are you applying anywhere else"
