After several weeks got a call informing me interviews would be held in 3 weeks. Phone conversation only lasted a few minutes. In-person interviews (about an hour each) with FSE, Regional Mgr, and National Service Manager. Was told I should hear back in 3 to 10 days. Still have not heard. Got a VM about another interview, but the message was NOT for me. No communication at all via e-mail, only phone.
