I was contacted via email (with a follow up call) with an offer to interview. The interview was set up for the following week. A schedule was provided and a series of 3 interviews were scheduled. This ranged from the hiring manager, the hiring manager's boss and the 2 direct reports to the position being interviewed for. In addition, HR provided some additional paperwork that they required to have filled out. All in all, very routine and relaxed/friendly environment.
